Do Your Yorkshire Puddings Rise?
My Auntie Ann always maintains the key to a great Yorkshire Pudding is beating the eggs in last. That’s it. No other method, just get the air into the mixture by beating the eggs in last. Well, she is a Yorkshire lass, and my Yorkshires have never failed using this method.

Steve, get in there and cook Angie a nice meal! Look for the next 3 videos, they will be simple to make food too.
Enjoy the journey.

My Yorkshire’s don’t rise Mandy, probably because I have never made any (mcp). I must say it was an excellent video and if I was into cooking I would definitely follow your niche blog.
I was certainly impressed with your hand whisking, who needs an electric one? The pudding looked very eatable as well.
Bill
Hi Bill, thanks for visiting. I’m so surprised at how many people either don’t try Yorkshires or they don’t get them right. I love making them, and as you saw it was so simple! Never use an electric whisker, and mostly use a fork rather than a whisk anyway!
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Mandy,
Looks like we both enjoy cooking
I never made Yorkshire pudding, honestly.
I loved your video! I am going to explore a bit more around your blog. So happy I found you through Barry’s video challenge

Hi Linda, thanks for visiting. I hope you’ll try Yorkshires now! I simply love cooking and have no problems sharing my food with others. I had a very funny incident once with some guests. I cooked my normal ‘never done this before but the recipe looks good’ and asked everyone how they found the dish as I would appreciate feedback. One of the guests nearly fell off her chair and said ‘what do you mean? You’ve never cooked this before?’ She was horrified that I had experimented on guests and apparently pracitces her dished before cooking them for anyone she invites. Interesting.
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Barry, thanks for visiting. You really have to try these Yorkshires, they are great and so simple. Just follow all the tips – eggs in last, beat the air in and have the oven really hot and the fat really hot before you put the batter into the tin. Let me know how you get on!
Enjoy the journey.

Okay, I’m glad I did, but I wish I didn’t – watch your video there that is. I’m hungry now!

Hi Julie, thanks for visiting. Oh, I’m so glad you are going to try my method. I use full fat milk, although I have succeeded with semi skinned and even part water! It’s all in the wrist action!
Enjoy the journey.
